Town Council of Potong Pasir
(Prohibiting and Regulating of
Parking of Vehicles) (Revocation)
By-laws 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Potong Pasir hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Potong Pasir (Prohibiting and Regulating of Parking of Vehicles) (Revocation) By-laws 2013 and shall come into operation on 27th March 2013.
Revocation
2.  The Town Council of Potong Pasir (Prohibiting and Regulating of Parking of Vehicles) By-laws (By 11) are revoked.
Made this 22nd day of March 2013.
