Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018
(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  The Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018, except sections 2(o), 11, 17, 18 and 19, comes into operation on 1 April 2018.
