Public Utilities (Excluded Works) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “regulated works” in section 2 of the Public Utilities Act, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, after consulting the Public Utilities Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Utilities (Excluded Works) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 1 April 2018.

Excluded works

2. The works specified in the Schedule are not included in the definition of “regulated works” in section 2 of the Act.
