Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 30 March 2015.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 14472X of MK 18 at 248 Upper Thomson Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by The Titular Roman Catholic Archbishop of Singapore to the competent authority on 25 February 2015.
