(Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Customs Act, the Director-General of Customs, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.   This Notification may be cited as the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2012.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) Notification (N 3) is amended by deleting item (3) and substituting the following item:
“
(3)Annual certificate of exemption granted under the Industrial Exemption Factory scheme
 
$600 for an exemption period from 1st January to 31st December in any year or, in the case of a shorter exemption period, a pro-rata amount according to the number of complete months of the exemption period.
”.
