(Little India) (Revocation) (No. 10)
Proclamation 2014
Whereas it is provided by section 3(2) of the Public Order (Preservation) Act that the Minister charged with the responsibility for internal security may revoke any proclamation made under section 3(1) of that Act:
Now, therefore, I, TEO CHEE HEAN, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs, by virtue of the powers conferred upon me by section 3(2) of the Public Order (Preservation) Act do hereby revoke, with effect from 6 a.m. of 10th March 2014, the proclamation that a state of danger to public order exists in the area which is known as Little India.
2.  The Public Order (Preservation) (Little India) (No. 10) Proclamation 2014 (G.N. No. S 164/2014) is revoked, with effect from 6 a.m. of 10th March 2014.
