(Commencement) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2015.

2. The Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015, with the exception of sections 3 to 14, and 16 to 38, comes into operation on 30 March 2015.

3. Sections 3 to 14, 16 to 37 and 38(1) to (4) and (6) to (9) of the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015 come into operation on 1 April 2015.
