Singapore Food Agency Act 2019
(Commencement) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. The Singapore Food Agency Act 2019, except sections 55, 56 and 63, comes into operation on 1 April 2019.

3. Section 55 of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019 comes into operation on 2 April 2019.

4. Section 56 of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019 comes into operation on 1 June 2019.

5. Section 63 of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019 comes into operation on 1 September 2019.
