(Reservoirs, Catchment Areas and Waterway)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Public Utilities Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Public Utilities (Reservoirs, Catchment Areas and Waterway) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 April 2018.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Public Utilities (Reservoirs, Catchment Areas and Waterway) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 401/2006) is amended by deleting the definition of “vessel”.
