Variable Capital Companies
(Fees and Late Lodgment Penalties)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 165 of the Variable Capital Companies Act 2018, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Variable Capital Companies (Fees and Late Lodgment Penalties) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 16 March 2020.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Variable Capital Companies (Fees and Late Lodgment Penalties) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 26/2020) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 16, the following item:

“17.	Filing of revised financial statements, or revised consolidated financial statements or balance sheet

Filing of revised financial statements, or revised consolidated financial statements or balance sheet, and auditor’s report (where applicable) under regulation 13 of the Variable Capital Companies (Revision of Defective Financial Statements, or Consolidated Financial Statements or Balance Sheet) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 166/2020)

$200”.
