(Commencement) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Deep Seabed Mining Act 2015, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Deep Seabed Mining Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2015.

2. The Deep Seabed Mining Act 2015 comes into operation on 1 April 2015.
