(Public Cleansing)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended —
(a)by deleting sub‑paragraphs (a) to (e) of paragraph 3(2) and substituting the following sub‑paragraphs:
 
“(a)does not exceed 120 litres
 
$39.87 per premises
 
(b)exceeds 120 litres but does not exceed 240 litres
 
$107.74 per premises
 
(c)exceeds 240 litres but does not exceed 360 litres
 
$140.06 per premises
 
(d)exceeds 360 litres but does not exceed 660 litres
 
$377.10 per premises
 
(e)exceeds 660 litres but does not exceed 1,100 litres
 
$592.59 per premises”;
(b)by deleting sub‑paragraph (3) of paragraph 3 and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:
 
“(3)Hawker stalls, including stalls in public markets and markets managed by Statutory Boards
 
$39.87 per stall.”;
(c)by deleting sub‑paragraphs (a) to (e) of paragraphs 5(2) and 6(2) and substituting in each case the following sub‑paragraphs:
 
“(a)does not exceed 120 litres
 
$27.18 per premises
 
(b)exceeds 120 litres but does not exceed 240 litres
 
$102.32 per premises
 
(c)exceeds 240 litres but does not exceed 360 litres
 
$154.55 per premises
 
(d)exceeds 360 litres but does not exceed 660 litres
 
$351.74 per premises
 
(e)exceeds 660 litres but does not exceed 1,100 litres
 
$607.55 per premises”;
(d)by deleting sub‑paragraph (3) of paragraphs 5 and 6 and substituting in each case the following sub‑paragraph:
 
“(3)Hawker stalls, including stalls in public markets and markets managed by Statutory Boards

(e)by deleting sub‑paragraphs (a) to (e) of paragraph 7(2) and substituting the following sub‑paragraphs:
 
“(a)does not exceed 120 litres
 
$41.57 per premises
 
(b)exceeds 120 litres but does not exceed 240 litres
 
$106.58 per premises
 
(c)exceeds 240 litres but does not exceed 360 litres
 
$149.22 per premises
 
(d)exceeds 360 litres but does not exceed 660 litres

(e)exceeds 660 litres but does not exceed 1,100 litres

(f)by deleting sub‑paragraph (3) of paragraph 7 and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:

(g)by deleting sub‑paragraphs (a) to (e) of paragraph 8(2) and substituting the following sub‑paragraphs:
 
“(a)does not exceed 120 litres
 
$32.91 per premises
 
(b)exceeds 120 litres but does not exceed 240 litres
 
$106.18 per premises
 
(c)exceeds 240 litres but does not exceed 360 litres
 
$153.96 per premises
 
(d)exceeds 360 litres but does not exceed 660 litres
 
$379.06 per premises
 
(e)exceeds 660 litres but does not exceed 1,100 litres
 
$649.81 per premises”; and
(h)by deleting sub‑paragraph (3) of paragraph 8 and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:
