Private Security Industry (Central Alarm
Monitoring Station Operator) (Amendment)
Regulations 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 20 and 39 of the Private Security Industry Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Private Security Industry (Central Alarm Monitoring Station Operator) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 April 2015.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Private Security Industry (Central Alarm Monitoring Station Operator) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 169/2009) is amended by deleting the words “Pawnbrokers Act (Cap. 222)” in paragraph (a)(v) of the definition of “high-risk premises” and substituting the words “Pawnbrokers Act 2015 (Act 2 of 2015)”.
