(Public Cleansing) (Amendment)
Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 April 2020.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. Paragraph 3 of the Second Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Colex Environmental Pte. Ltd.” and substituting the words “ALBA W&H Smart City Pte. Ltd.”;
(b)	by deleting “$39.87” in sub‑paragraph (2)(a) and substituting “$40.75”;
(c)	by deleting “$107.74” in sub‑paragraph (2)(b) and substituting “$109.51”;
(d)	by deleting “$140.06” in sub‑paragraph (2)(c) and substituting “$144.76”;
(e)	by deleting “$377.10” in sub‑paragraph (2)(d) and substituting “$425.92”;
(f)	by deleting “$592.59” in sub‑paragraph (2)(e) and substituting “$641.63”; and
(g)	by deleting “$39.87” in sub‑paragraph (3) and substituting “$40.75”.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

3. The Fifth Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations is amended by deleting the words “COLEX ENVIRONMENTAL PTE. LTD.” in the Schedule heading and substituting the words “ALBA W&H Smart City Pte. Ltd.”.
