(Notification of Prescribed Infectious Diseases)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Prescribed Infectious Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 March 2024.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  In the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Prescribed Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 612/2008), in the Schedule, in Part 1, in the second column, delete item (ca).
