Regulation of Imports and Exports (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39(2) of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2003.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended by deleting the words “the Board” and substituting the words “any senior authorised officer”.
