Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Amendment) Notification 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Amendment) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2006.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part I of the First Schedule to the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 4/2005) is amended by deleting item 7 and substituting the following item:

“7. Marina South Pier, 31 Marina Coastal Drive.”.
