Road Traffic
(Nanyang Technological University —
Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Road Traffic (Nanyang Technological University — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  In the Road Traffic (Nanyang Technological University — Exemption) Order 2024 (G.N. No. S 93/2024), in paragraph 2, in the definition of “specified rules”, in paragraph (b), replace “(Bicycles)” with “(Bicycles, Three‑wheeled Pedal Cycles, Trishaws and Recumbent Devices — Road Conduct)”.
Amendment of paragraph 3
3.  In the Road Traffic (Nanyang Technological University — Exemption) Order 2024, in paragraph 3(b)(i) —
(a)replace “(Bicycles)” with “(Bicycles, Three-wheeled Pedal Cycles, Trishaws and Recumbent Devices — Road Conduct)”; and
(b)after “(except rule 13(1))”, insert “and the Road Traffic (Bicycles, Three‑wheeled Pedal Cycles, Trishaws and Recumbent Devices — Construction and Use) Rules 2024 (G.N. No. S 157/2024)”.
