Air Navigation (Protected Areas)
(Amendment) Order 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Air Navigation (Protected Areas) (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 29 April 2016.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Air Navigation (Protected Areas) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 350/2015) is amended —
(a)by deleting item 4 and substituting the following item:
