Central Provident Fund (Minimum Sum Scheme Nominations) (Amendment) Rules 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25(1) and 77(2)(k) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Central Provident Fund Board hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Minimum Sum Scheme Nominations) (Amendment) Rules 2009 and shall come into operation on 30th April 2009.

Amendment of rule 3

2. Rule 3 of the Central Provident Fund (Minimum Sum Scheme Nominations) Rules (R 8) is amended by deleting the words “the Form” and substituting the words “Form A or 1A”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Central Provident Fund (Minimum Sum Scheme Nominations) Rules is amended by numbering the existing Form as Form A, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following Form:
