Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 13th January 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification (N 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Allson Hotel Singapore” in item (2) and substituting the words “Hotel Grand Pacific”;
(b)by deleting item (21) relating to Four Chain View Hotel;
(c)by deleting the words “Holiday Inn Park View Singapore” in item (34) and substituting the words “Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre”;
(d)by deleting item (35) relating to Hotel 81 – Opera;
(e)by deleting the words “Novotel Clarke Quay, Singapore” in item (44) and substituting the words “Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay”;
(f)by deleting item (102) relating to MCC Resort, Pulau Ubin;
(g)by deleting item (112) relating to Siloso Beach Resort;
(h)by deleting item (113) relating to Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa; and
(i)by inserting, immediately after item (139), the following items:
