(Antigen Rapid Test Providers)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Antigen Rapid Test Providers) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 15 March 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2(2) of the Infectious Diseases (Antigen Rapid Test Providers) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 267/2021) is amended by inserting, immediately after “(G.N. No. S 254/2020)”, the words “or the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Reopening — Control Order) Regulations 2022 (G.N. No. S 179/2022)”.
