Customs (Amendment) Act 2018
(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Customs (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Customs (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2019.
2.  Sections 2, 3(b) and 12 of the Customs (Amendment) Act 2018 come into operation on 1 April 2019.
