(Dealing in Personal Mobility Devices and
Mobility Vehicles) (Amendment)
Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Dealing in Personal Mobility Devices and Mobility Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 6 March 2024.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Active Mobility (Dealing in Personal Mobility Devices and Mobility Vehicles) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 243/2018), in the First Schedule, replace the warning notice with —
