Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.   This Notification may be cited as the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2012.
2.  The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st September 2012.
