Fire Safety Act
(CHAPTER 109A)
Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable
Materials) (Amendment) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(1) of the Fire Safety Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable Materials) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 April 2018.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  The Fire Safety (Petroleum and Flammable Materials) Regulations (Rg 7) are amended by deleting the words “SPRING Singapore” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “the Enterprise Singapore Board”:
Regulations 31(f) and 46(1)(a) and (4).
