Protection from Online Falsehoods and
Manipulation (Temporary Exemption for
Internet Intermediary) (Revocation) Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act 2019, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation (Temporary Exemption for Internet Intermediary) (Revocation) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 18 March 2022.
Revocation
2.  The Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation (Temporary Exemption for Internet Intermediary) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 378/2020) is revoked.
