Road Traffic (Expressways)
(Amendment) Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “expressway” in section 123A(12) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Expressways) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 28 April 2017.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Road Traffic (Expressways) Order (O 16) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item (8B), the following item:

“(8C) Sentosa Gateway Tunnel.”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “items (1) to (8)” in items (9) and (10), the words “and (8C)”.
