Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 135(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.
Amendment of rule 2
2.  Rule 2 of the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 29) is amended by inserting, immediately after “29(1),” in paragraph (a), “34E(4),”.
