Medicines (Prescription Only) (Amendment) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Prescription Only) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Amendment of paragraph 9

2. Paragraph 9 of the Medicines (Prescription Only) Order (O 15) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “a Government hospital or” in the 4th and 5th lines; and
(b)	by deleting the words “Government hospital or” in the 9th line.
