Regulation of Imports and Exports
(Prescribed Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 2nd April 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Fees) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 13, the following item:

“

14.	Test to be registered as a declarant

$29.96.

”; and

(b)

by deleting the Note at the end thereof.
