Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration
and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 3 April 2015.

Exemption

2. Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) does not apply to the vehicle belonging to Chong Wen Yong (NRIC No. S8411415D) and bearing the engine number ZDM848W4C000710 and chassis number ZDMF102AABB009111.
