(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2023 and come into operation on 10 April 2023.

Amendment of rule 3E

2. In the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5), in rule 3E —

(a)	in paragraph (4), replace “$41.73” with “$32.10”; and
(b)	in paragraph (5), after “waive”, insert “or reduce”.
