Infectious Diseases
(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 29 March 2020.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 104/2020) is amended by deleting the words “or 7(4)” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “, 7(4) or 7A(1)”.
