Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng” in the third column of item 2, the name “Mr Lam Chuan Leong”;
(b)by deleting the name “Mr Lam Chuan Leong” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Mr Tan Yong Soon”;
(c)by inserting, immediately after the name “Dr Tan Kim Siew” in the third column of item 5, the name “Mr Tan Tee How”; and
(d)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Richard Magnus” in the third column of item 7, the name “Mr Benny Lim Siang Hoe”.
