(Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2024.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. In the Active Mobility (Fees) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 250/2018), in the Second Schedule —

(a)	in items 1 and 3(a), in the second column, replace “$21.40” with “$21.80”;
(b)	in item 2, in the second column, replace “$171.20” with “$174.40”;
(c)	in item 3(b), in the second column, replace “$42.80” with “$43.60”; and
(d)	in item 3(c), in the second column, replace “$85.60” with “$87.20”.
