Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately below the name “Mr Peter Ho Hak Ean” in the third column of item 5, the name “Mr Peter Ong”; and
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Niam Chiang Meng” in the third column of item 7 and substituting the name “Mr Liew Heng San”. [G.N. Nos. S 405/99; S 476/99; S 596/99; S43/2000; S 76/2000; S 346/2000; S 414/2000; S 456/2000]
