Sand and Granite Quarries
(Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Sand and Granite Quarries Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Sand and Granite Quarries (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 10 April 2018.

Amendment of regulation 13

2. Regulation 13(2) of the Sand and Granite Quarries Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “Singapore Productivity and Standards Board” in sub‑paragraph (j) and substituting the words “Enterprise Singapore Board”.
