(Composition of Offences) (Amendment)
Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 8 March 2024.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Infectious Diseases (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 104/2020), in regulation 2 —
(a)in paragraph (c), after “(G.N. No. S 182/2020)”, insert “as in force before 8 March 2024”; and
(b)in paragraphs (e) and (f), replace “revoked on 10 April 2020” with “as in force before 10 April 2020”.
