Political Donations
(Political Associations) (Amendment)
Order 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the definition of “political association” in section 2(1) of the Political Donations Act, the Prime Minister hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Political Donations (Political Associations) (Amendment) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 5th April 2013.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 5 of the Schedule to the Political Donations (Political Associations) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) to (e) and substituting the following paragraphs:
“(a)Lee Song Kwang;
(b)Choo Zheng Xi;
(c)Leong Sze Hian; and
(d)Xu Yuan Chen.”.
