Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 6)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 6) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 17 April 2015.

Approved institution

2. The Minister approves SASCO Integrated Eldercare Centre for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 17 April 2015.
