(Exemption) (No. 19)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 19) Notification 2018.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Spin to Score” promotion to be held from 16 April 2018 to 15 July 2018 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Royale Bar^TM (Level B1) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore at 10 p.m. daily from 14 June 2018 to 15 July 2018 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
