(98 — Special Operations)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A of the Air Navigation Act, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Air Navigation (98 — Special Operations) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 April 2020.

Amendment of regulation 54

2. Regulation 54 of the Air Navigation (98 — Special Operations) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 442/2018) is amended by deleting the words “and current Certificate of Test for the aeroplane types designated as the Primary MFF aeroplane and” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “rating for the aeroplane type designated as the Primary MFF aeroplane and the aeroplane type designated as”.
