(Footpaths) (Amendment)
Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Footpaths) (Amendment) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 28 March 2022.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Active Mobility (Footpaths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 252/2018) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 55, the following items:
56.A path (approximately 60 metres) that is surfaced with asphalt —
(a)starting at the intersection of Tiong Bahru Road and Seng Poh Road abutting 17 Seng Poh Road;
(b)running along Seng Poh Road parallel to another footpath which is surfaced with concrete;
(c)ending at the intersection of Lim Liak Street and Eng Hoon Street abutting 17 Seng Poh Road; and
(d)bounded on one side by a continuous row of low kerbs.
57.A path (approximately 45 metres) that is surfaced with asphalt —
(a)abutting 30 Seng Poh Road;
(b)running along Seng Poh Road parallel to another footpath which is surfaced with concrete; and
(c)bounded on one side by a continuous row of low kerbs.
58.A path (approximately 55 metres) that is surfaced with asphalt —
(a)starting at the intersection of Lim Liak Street and Eng Hoon Street abutting 58 Seng Poh Road;
(b)running along Seng Poh Road parallel to another footpath which is surfaced with concrete;
(c)ending at the intersection of Seng Poh Road and Seng Poh Lane abutting 58 Seng Poh Road; and
(d)bounded on one side by a continuous row of low kerbs.
59.A path (approximately 0.11 kilometre) that is surfaced with asphalt —
(a)starting from the part along Lim Liak Street abutting 30 Seng Poh Road;
(b)running along Lim Liak Street parallel to another footpath which is surfaced with concrete;
(c)ending at the intersection of Lim Liak Street and Eng Hoon Street abutting 30 Seng Poh Road; and
(d)bounded on one side by a continuous row of low kerbs.
60.A path (approximately 60 metres) that is surfaced with asphalt —
(a)starting from the edge of 57 Eng Hoon Street closest to 56 Eng Hoon Street;
(b)running along Eng Hoon Street parallel to another footpath which is surfaced with concrete; and
(c)ending at the intersection of Seng Poh Road and Eng Hoon Street.”.
