Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 4) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 4) Notification 1999.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification (N 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting item (54) relating to Katong Park Hotel, with effect from 9th April 1999; and
(b)	by deleting item (56) relating to Ladyhill Hotel, with effect from 15th April 1999. [G.N. Nos. S 592/98; S 606/98; S 34/99; S 65/99; S 102/99]
