Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts) (Amendment) Notification 2002

It is hereby notified for general information that, with reference to the Gazette Notification No. S 638/2001 of 19th December 2001, the reference to “Mr David Lim Tik En, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Defence” in the 3rd and 4th lines of paragraph 1 shall be read as “Mr David Lim Tik En, Senior Minister of State”, with effect from 1st May 2002.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts) (Amendment) Notification 2002.

Cancellation

3. Gazette Notification No. 3386/2001 of 7th December 2001 in so far as it relates to Mr David Lim Tik En is cancelled, with effect from 1st May 2002.
