Immigration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2007 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st May 2007.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Immigration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 33 in Part I, the following items:

“34. S.P. Jain Center of Management Singapore

35. SIM University

36. ESSEC

37. UNLV Singapore

38. UNSW Asia

39. the NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Asia”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 14 in Part II, the following items:

“15. S.P. Jain Center of Management Singapore

16. SIM University

17. ESSEC

18. UNLV Singapore;

19. UNSW Asia

20. NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Asia”.
