(Authorised Piers and Places) (Amendment)
Regulations 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(1)(a) and (1A) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 26th May 2012.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 708/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 8, the following row:
“
8A.Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore
(a)Personal effects.
”.
