Medicines (Prohibition of Sale and Supply)
(Amendment) Order 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Medicines (Prohibition of Sale and Supply) (Amendment) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 1 June 2018.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Medicines (Prohibition of Sale and Supply) Order (O 4) is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of item 6, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:
“
7.Tetrahydropalmatine; its isomers; their salts
Container of the Chinese proprietary medicine to be labelled with a recommended dosage of the medicine containing not more than 19 mg of the substance per day
”.
