(137 — Aerial Work)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A of the Air Navigation Act, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Air Navigation (137 — Aerial Work) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 April 2020.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  Regulation 5(3) of the Air Navigation (137 — Aerial Work) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 502/2018) is amended by deleting the words “Authority’s approval” and substituting the words “approval of the Director‑General of Civil Aviation”.
Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  Item 1 of the Second Schedule to the Air Navigation (137 — Aerial Work) Regulations 2018 is amended by deleting the words “or renew”.
